2025-2026 Benefits Highlights

 

Medical Plan Spotlight:

      • Like many companies, our healthcare costs are continuing to increase. In the midst of these increases, we have made a substantial investment in our HSA Medical Plan (aka Value Plan) where employees will have lower or the same premiums compared to last year. In our Plus and Premium plans, overall premiums will increase, and PT Solutions is covering the majority of those increases.
      • Our HSA Medical Plan (aka Value Plan) has some exciting updates.
          • The “Employee Only” tier now provides a medical plan option with no annual cost to the employee!
              • The Employee premium for the popular HSA Medical Plan (aka Value Plan) has been reduced. “Employee Only” tier is at no cost when combined with PT Solutions’ $500 contribution to your HSA account and a monthly premium of $41.50.
          • Additionally, for tiers providing dependent coverage, premiums are staying constant or even decreasing from prior year.
              • PT Solutions will absorb all cost increases associated with coverage for Spouses, Children & Family coverage in the HSA plan.
      • PT Solutions will share in this year’s medical premium increases in the Premium & Plus plans, with PT Solutions bearing most of the increase.
          • Premium plan: 24% increase in premiums with PTS taking 62% of the increase
          • Plus plan 21% increase in premiums with PTS taking 70% of the increase
      • Deductibles will be increasing across all medical plans for the 2025-26 plan year.
        • For six years, we have been able to avoid deductible increases to our plans. However, certain IRS regulations and rising premium costs require us to increase deductibles so that we may remain compliant and best manage our premium increases.
      • Reduced Therapy Visit Copay: PT Solutions wants to ensure affordable access to the therapy services that we provide. Therefore, we are pleased to announce that:
        • Co-insurance for the HSA Medical Plan’s Therapy Services will be reduced from the current 20% to 10% coinsurance after the deductible has been met.
        • Therapy Visit Copay under the Premium and Plus PPO plans will be reduced from current $50, to $25 per visit (with same annual 80 visit max)!
    • Plan Design changes:
          • Within the HSA Medical Plan, an expanded Preventive Drug list providing $0 co-pay or coinsurance!
          • Availability of Cost-Relief program at no cost, assisting employees in maximizing couponsfor certain specialty medications
    • Fertility benefits: Continued enhanced fertility benefits that were announced last year for all Anthem medical plans, including IVF​​​​​
Dental plan premiums

      • Nominal Dental plan premium increases, but the current low deductibles and rich benefits remain unchanged.

Carrier Update:

      • Dental, Vision, Accident and Critical Illness plans and coverage levels will remain the same, but the administration will transition from Metlife to Guardian.  (The Legal benefit will remain with Metlife).
      • Guardian’s more extensive Dental Provider Network will provide greater opportunity to maximize “In-Network” benefits, minimizing out of pocket expense.
      • VSP will continue to be your vision provider network with Guardian.

Long-Term (LTD) and Short-Term Disability (STD): You’ll enjoy a 5% rate reduction for STD and LTD plans, with PT Solutions continuing to pay 50% of the total premiums.
Headspace Mental Health and EAP: Headspace remains PT Solutions’ partner for all mental health-related benefits and will continue to provide these valued services to our team members and their families.
Health Savings Account (HSA): PT Solutions’ continued annual contribution to your HSA account if you are enrolled in the HSA Medical Plan ($500 Employee Only or $1,000 with covered dependents)
FSA and Dependent Care FSA: Open enrollment is the only time to elect FSA benefits, outside of a qualified life event. With PT Solutions’ mid-year Plan year, your annual election will be for July 1, 2025, to June 30, 2026.
