It’s Benefits Open Enrollment Season!

The two-week Open Enrollment period is

Wednesday, May 20 – Friday, June 5

Providing meaningful and useful benefits is one of the ways we continue investing in the people who help us fulfill our mission of expanding access to Transformative Care.

We are proud to share that despite continued increases across the health care industry, PT Solutions will not increase employee premiums or copays for Medical, Dental, or Vision plans through December 31, 2026. Deductibles for the Premium and Plus Plans will also remain unchanged. As required by IRS regulations, HSA Plan deductibles will increase slightly.

This year is an OPTIONAL Open Enrollment. If you are happy with your current benefits elections, you do not need to take any action to maintain your same benefits coverage. Your current benefits coverage will automatically continue beginning Wednesday, July 1, 2026. 

However, if you currently participate in a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) or Dependent Care FSA, you must re-enroll during Open Enrollment. These accounts do not carry over automatically. If you do not re-enroll, your FSA/Dependent Care FSA coverage will end on Tuesday, June 30

Important Plan Year Update

This year, we are transitioning to a calendar-year benefits cycle. To make this change, the upcoming benefits period will be a one-time six-month “Short Plan Year” from July 1 through December 31, 2026. Any benefits elections made or maintained during this Open Enrollment will apply during this six-month period. 

Starting in 2027, our benefits plan year will run from January 1 through December 31, with Open Enrollment moving to Q4 each year. This change will create a more streamlined experience by aligning benefits elections and deductible resets with the start of the calendar year, which is similar to other employer benefits programs.

July 1, 2026 – December 31, 2026 Benefits Highlights

  • No premium or copay increases for Medical, Dental, or Vision plans through December 31, 2026. Deductibles remain unchanged for the Premium and Plus Plans. 2026 IRS regulation requires nominal deductible increases for the HSA plan to $3,400 Individual / $6,800 Family (from $3,300 / $6,600).
  • Telehealth is no longer subject to the deductible on the HSA Plan. Your first 12 visits are free, then $35 per visit after that.
  • Based on employee feedback, we are excited to continue offering reduced Rehab Therapy visit copays at just $25 per visit for employees enrolled in the Premium and Plus PPO Plans receiving outpatient therapy services. *Therapy services connected to inpatient or specialized care will still be subject to deductible and coinsurance.
  • Fertility benefits continue for all Anthem medical plans, including IVF coverage.
  • 2026 Annual FSA/HSA maximums: FSA – $3,400 | Dependent Care FSA – $7,500; HSA – $4,400 Individual/$8,750 Family (including PTS contribution)
  • HSA contributions from PT Solutions continue: $500 for Employee Only enrollment, $1,000 if you have covered dependents. For this short plan year, your HSA and FSA elections will be calculated through December 31, 2026.
  • Headspace remains our mental health and EAP partner, providing meditation and mindfulness resources, coaching, and counseling services for team members and their families. Benefits include eight coaching or clinical counseling sessions per issue, per year through video, in-person, or phone support, along with unlimited text-based coaching access.

The “Employee Only” tier continues to provide a medical plan option with no annual cost to the employee, when combined with PT Solutions’ $500 contribution to your HSA account and monthly premium of $41.50.
