Vision Coverage

The Vision Plan through Guardian (VSP Signature Network) allows you and your eligible dependents to save on vision care services and products, such as vision exams, contact lenses and eyeglasses. You have two different ways to receive benefits:

    • Use the network and pay only a copay for most expenses.
    • Go to a provider outside the network and receive a reimbursement for part of the cost of your exams, glasses and contacts when you submit a claim.

By utilizing an in-network provider, you will also receive an average of 20% off Elective Cosmetic “extras” added to your lenses, 20% off retail price for any additional pair of glasses, and 15% off the normal charge for Laser Correction Surgery (or 5% off promotional pricing).

You don’t need an ID card to receive services. Providers verify coverage with Guardian/VSP using your Social Security Number. You can also access a digital ID card online at guardiananytime.com or throughout the Guardian Mobile App
