We offer two dental plans (Core and Buy Up Plans) through Guardian, so you can choose what’s right for you.

While you can see an out-of-network provider if you choose, in-network providers offer larger discounts and can file your claims for you. Out-of-network providers may charge you for any amount billed in excess of the negotiated discounted rate.

You don’t need an ID card to receive services. Providers verify coverage with Guardian using your Social Security Number. You can also access a digital ID card online at guardiananytime.com or throughout the Guardian Mobile App.
